Refunds & Returns Policy

At Miss L Apothecary, we want you to feel confident and supported when purchasing from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: • your order number • a description of the issue • clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate.

3. Allergies & Sensitivities All ingredients are listed on each product page. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review ingredients carefully before purchase.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed or missing, contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Address Provided If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, we cannot offer refunds. If the parcel is returned to us, we can resend it — additional postage costs will apply.

6. Digital Products All digital downloads are non‑refundable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.
