Miss L Apothecary ships a mix of physical and digital products. Digital items are delivered instantly. Physical items are fulfilled by third‑party suppliers (drop‑shipped).

1. Processing Times • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. • Drop‑shipped items may have longer processing times depending on the supplier.

2. Shipping Times • Delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. • Times vary based on your location and the supplier’s warehouse. • Orders may arrive in separate packages.

3. Shipping Costs • Calculated at checkout based on supplier rates. • Digital products have no shipping fees.

4. Tracking • Tracking information is provided when available from the supplier. • Some items may not include tracking depending on the fulfilment partner.

5. Delays Shipping delays can occur due to courier issues, high‑volume periods, or customs (for international orders). We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist in resolving the issue with the supplier.
